This blog was created as a medium for Oliver to write about the economy and real estate. Over time thanks to various interests from Housing, Economics, Personal Finance, etc. The blog has evolved into a series of content focusing largely on the housing crisis in Canada, various macroeconomic discussions, and sharing business knowledge with his audience. The goal of the blog is to educate people who may be newer to these topics as well as doing deeper dives on niche discussions for discerning readers.

During spare moments Oliver enjoys working on his old car which he calls "Rusty", making YouTube content (@OliverFoote & @OliverFooteBusiness), coding, and staying active whether at the gym, hockey, or cycling.
